Click and Collect 

Kitsets and assembled and painted orders can be picked up from our premises in Mt Wellington.  Kitsets easily fit into a vehicle however the assembled and painted furniture will require a large SUV or trailer.   

Kitsets are usually available for pick up 5+  days after placing the order. 

Assembled and painted orders are available for pick up 6 - 8 weeks after placing the order. 

We will email you when ready for pick up.

Delivery of Kitset Furniture

For the North Island items normally arrive at your door within 2- 3 working days of pick up by our couriers Aramex and 3 - 4  days in the South Island. This can be slower in peak times like the last couple of weeks up until Christmas. 

We use Aramax Couriers (formerly Fastway) who will deliver to your door or pass on to your Rural Post contractor if you live in the country. The couriers prefer to have someone home to accept delivery but will leave in a specified place only if we write instructions on the packages.

When your order is picked up by our courier a tracking number is emailed to you.

Delivery of Assembled and Painted Furniture

Our carrier will deliver 1 - 2 weeks after completion of order.

There is a lead time of 6 - 8 weeks for all assembled and painted furniture
